A standard hosting account on one of our premium servers. You will have access to your website with a control panel including file management, database management, and other back end controls.

SSL Maintenance

Security certificates are installed and maintained, and the website configured to redirect to the secure site.

Website self backup

Use our control panel to back up your website. This can be off site backups or stored on the server.

24 hour website monitoring

The website is monitored by 5 servers throughout the U.S., each gathering performance data such as load times, every 15 minutes. If all 5 servers cannot contact the website, you will get a customized alert either to your email address, text messaging or both.

Website backup-full service

Our team monitors the scan results 24/7/365 with a 1 business-hour response time and 24-hour remediation. In the case of a major security incident, our team will have your site back up and running. Most issues are resolved in significantly less time.

Spam prevention

Website forms, and comments will be configured to prevent access by bots and spammers, using a combination of custom back end code, configuration, and Google’s Captcha as needed.
